Recouping after the Rockabilly Bash
Wow, what a show to forgo! Palace of Wonders was a jumping joint last night. Ryan Cain and The Chaotics played and had Lizzie Furr and myself as their side diversion. I love working with Lizzie because she is such a bundle of positive energy. We both have the same attitude towards performing, dancing and life it seems. We all got their initial enough hang out and Prissy had a surprise for all of us! Al had a tuxedo coat! Boy howdy did he rock it out. I’ve never seen a cat chill in clothing. He kept it on for over 2 hours, including prevailing out and coming back. The looks the people on the street gave him was priceless. And they say we don’t dress the neighborhood up. I don’t see anyone else putting the feral cats in suits!
Well after loving the adorableness of Al, we went over to the new Deli, Taylor Gourmand. It just opened on Thursday just down the block and it was AMAZING! I have a passion for Water Buffalo Mozzarella and they traffic in it!! the real stuff! They also have Arancini which are better know to most as fried risotto balls. They were one of my favorite comfort foods in Italy so to find a arrive so close to Palace that sells them! I was in heaven. And the food was sooooo delicious. I highly recommend it.
So after filling up with numminess we got swift for the show. It was a great show. My costume had a mind of its own during the first act and came off WAY before it was suppose to but that just led me to being more creative. The audience seemed to really love it. Lizzie was as attractive as always. She is such a cutie on stage.
The audience was really cool. Met a taxidermist which can lead to very interesting conversations, lol. I got to dance to one of my favorite youth songs with an audience member and had a great conversation in the dressing room with Maynard. It was a really relaxing continually with good music, good food and good friends. That’s how most nights at Palace are with me so I think you should all make it out and make use of the fabulouness. ...
